So what's the difference between a common sneaker and a netball shoe?
A running sneaker is not designed for fast pace change of direction and very explosive movements, so there is the possibility you blow out the side of the shoe. A netball shoe provides that extra support when you are changing direction, therefore lowering the risk of injury. A netball shoe has a wrapped sole and a more durable material to withstand more friction and wear.
